There are times when defiance is necessary.

Far too long I allowed my past, my fears, my flaws… the traditions, theology and paradigms of others… to establish limitations (spoken and unspoken) in my life.

I am choosing to break free. To run to Truth. To allow my own paradigm to shift. To no longer live in fear and oppression – imposed upon myself or others.

I choose freedom. I choose to know, love and become me.

Know your limitations… and defy them.
